This is a picture taken behind a frozen waterfall.
The waterfall is the Minnehaha falls which is situated close to the Mississippi River in Minneapolis. The falls drops over 53 feet off limestone pavements creating one of Minnesota's highest waterfalls. In the winter, the water freezes and you can walk behind an amazing wall of cascading ice.
